By submitting images to EbonyGraphix you are agreeing that you have full permission to distribute the image and also giving EbonyGraphix.co.uk permission to use the image on layouts, graphics or other content which can be used by the public and that a Ebonygraphix Copyright 2010 © can be added to the image. Only images of your horses will be accepted into the gallery.

Visitors to the site do NOT have permission to take the images from the gallery to use on websites, as you do not have permission from the owner of the image.
